Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Analyze architectural drawings, make material take offs, obtain quotes from suppliers, interpret specifications.
Provide detailed proposals and accurate bid package.
Review and analyze bid package and contracts.
Maintain detailed and organized records of bid documents
Communicate effectively with vendors and customers.
Perform job cost analysis, assist in preparing projections
Skills/Qualifications
5 years minimum in glazing estimation
Strong knowledge of customary construction contract language and provisions
Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
Perform material take offs in storefront,curtain wall and windows
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
