Job Description Kelly Services is recruiting an Customer Service Manager for a major client in the Michigan City, Indiana area.
Plan, coordinate and control the activities of the Customer Service Team to maintain and enhance customer relationships and meet organizational and operational objectives.
KEY Responsibilities:
develop and implement customer service policies and proceduresoversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standardsplan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the departmentensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer service deliveryreview customer complaintshandle complex and escalated customer service issuesanalyze relevant data to determine customer service outputsprovide data to the field (stocking levels of product and product backlog)identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitabilityevaluate and performance manage staffidentify and address staff training and coaching needs Requirements EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Business Administration + 6 to 10 years experience in Customer ServiceKEY Qualifications:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
