The Global Marketing Strategy Manager will initiate and lead strategic actions and supporting tactics to achieve current year business commitments and long term business goals. Responsible for strategic management of global market segments, including, sales performance, forecasting and promotion while developing strategies to optimize the performance of existing and new products. The position interacts frequently with Customers, Sales, Product Management, Engineering and Third Party partners.
PRIMARY
Responsibilities:

Strategic marketing and revenue growth attainment.
Expand global market share and sales into adjacent markets and emerging geographies through organic and inorganic double digit growth.
Accurate forecast inputs for manufacturing site planning and financial reporting (including quarterly, annual and long range plans).
Develop and manage the global market strategy for the respective business segment. Lead the global team to define and achieve growth/share objectives.
Work closely with global Sales and Product Management to deliver new business opportunity closures.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
o B.S. degree (Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related, preferred)
o 10
years technical marketing and sales leadership experience
o 5
yrs HVAC, BAS, Industrial Automation, or related industry experience preferred
o Proven ability to build relationships and lead global teams
o Product management experience with technical product in a B2B environment
ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE THAT WOULD BE A PLUS:
Have or have had a similar position in a Fortune 500 company
Experience with the China market
Experience with EMEA market
Multi lingual
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN or PERMANENT RESIDENT!!

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
