This role will report to the General Manager and work collaboratively with other members of upper management to support the company's growth trajectory.
The Director of Production will be expected to provide advice and recommendations on how their department can positively impact established company goals, while also advocating for their departmental needs.
Responsibilities -Collaborate to Develop and Maintain a Strategic Plan for Departmental Growth -Execute Special Projects to Enhance Profitability and Efficiency throughout the Company's Operations -Meet and Exceed Production Quotas -Report Progress on Key Indicators of Performance -Manage Departmental Staffing and Payroll -Increase Overall Customer Satisfaction -Prioritize Employee Development -Provide Guidance, Performance Management and Leadership to the Department Qualifications -5
years of progressive leadership experience -Posses strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication -Demonstrated sound judgement and decision making skills -High level of integrity and adherence to topics of confidentiality -Strong background in systems and processes building -Ability to gain the respect and trust of the team; Manage through collaboration -Familiarity with Google Workspace Job Type:
