To assist members with their financial transactions, involving accepting and dispersing cash and other negotiable instruments while ensuring members receive friendly, accurate, and timely assistance.
Processes member financial transactions, including but not limited to posting transactions, deposits, withdrawals and loan payments; sells money orders and various other credit union products as well as assisting in the maintenance of member records.
Apply regulatory restrictions as needed.
Demonstrates effective and consistent communication.
Answers phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
Promotes credit union products and services to our members that will improve their financial security Answers incoming phone calls Balances cash drawer and daily transactions Performs other duties as assigned Job Type:
