1K a year 6 days ago 6 days ago 6 days ago Job Overview Primarily responsible for a wide range of administrative website tasks such as maintaining, updating, and ensuring site functionality and responsiveness; set up tracking for web performance metrics and regularly providing reports for analyses.
Work within a team to assist in the execution and tracking of digital marketing tactics such as email, landing pages, lead generation forms, online banner ads, etc.
This position requires basic knowledge of Content Management Systems, basic HTML skills, SEO familiarity, and utilizing Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Principal Accountabilities Represent Horizon by providing customer service to advisors within assigned responsibilities in a courteous, professional manner.
Accountable for adherence to compliance standards including Bank Secrecy (BSA), Advertising Compliance, Cyber Security and quality and timeliness of all assigned tasks.
Actively protect confidentiality of customer and account information.
Demonstrate Horizon Bank's commitment to the communities we serve through involvement in local organizations and events.
Duties Manage and update website content to ensure the site remains current and up-to-date.
This includes bank sponsored micro sites.
Complete a yearly audit of website content.
Manage the email platform and implement email strategies.
Maintain digital onboarding platform to support automated communications.
Administer and track all direct mail e-marketing and digital campaigns.
Assist with search engine optimization for website(s) Utilize Google Analytics to maintain tracking and tags are setup to provide insights and reporting.
Prepare website traffic and leads reports.
Prepare digital campaign results reporting.
Prepare customer satisfaction feedback benchmark reporting.
Report suspicious transactions or unusual occurrences to supervisor; Conduct and document periodic risk reviews and run reports as needed.
Perform all work in compliance with established regulations, policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and instructions.
Maintain customer confidence and protect bank operations by keeping information private and confidential.
Participate in ongoing skill, compliance, product, market, risk management and security training as required for the position and apply knowledge in performance of daily tasks.

Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in computer science or web design or related field of study preferred If non degree Google Analytics experience (certification preferred if no relevant degree or completed course of study) Minimum of 3 years' experience in web design with working knowledge of HTML and SEO experience desired Exceptional organization, time management and follow-up skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with bank employees and outside service providers.
Ability to work in a team environment, take initiative, and interact in a positive manner with co-workers, and management.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
